Tui Ruwhiu
Tui started in TV as a production assistant. He went on to line produce, then write, direct, produce and exec. produce before setting up a boutique marketing communications company. He returned to the screen industry to work primarily as a film producer.

Maddie Payne
Maddie got their start in the screen industry by studying at NZBS in Christchurch. Since graduating they have worked in News, Documentary, Reality and Web Series. Maddie has an interest in Production and Marketing, with a strong focus on minority voices, specifically LGBTQIA+ content.

Isabelle (Izzi) Hoskyn
Isabelle (Izzi) moved to Aotearoa from Washington, D.C., in 2018 before completing her BA/Bcomm conjoint at the University of Auckland. In addition to working at DEGANZ, she works in the local screen and theatre industries in a variety of roles and is always keen to learn as much as she can about how the arts are made. She hopes to become a writer/director interested in using animation to explore the magic in the everyday.

Caroline Harrow
Caroline brings financial, consulting and operational knowledge to the Guild, having worked in a range of service-based organisations. Her experience is in accounting, sales and human resources.
