DEGNZ and SPADA are extremely pleased to announce a very special Collaborators Series discussion with renowned film director Lee Tamahori and one of New Zealand’s leading producers Robin Scholes.
It’s 20 years since Lee and Robin first collaborated together on the iconic New Zealand feature Once Were Warriors. Now, they have come together again to put the Witi Ihimaera novel Bulibasha on screen as The Patriarch, which is currently in post production.
Lee and Robin will touch on what brought them together in the first place, where the success of Warriors lead them, how they ended up together again, and what makes a successful director/producer relationship. Not to be missed!
